Participation rules

Register on TP and pay the entry fee to the listed account. If seats are limited, the order of payments decides.
Tournament will be run via TourPlay; account required. NAF welcome. Tournament registered with NAF.
Participation implies consent to use players’ images in post-event coverage. Entry fee is non-refundable.
Fully painted miniatures required: min. 3 colors and finished bases.

Getting there

Easiest is WKD: Podkowa Leśna Główna. Trains depart from WKD Śródmieście (beneath the Central Station) — punctual and reliable.

Food

Vegan kitchen on site; nearby pizza and classic Polish fare (kebab). Payments for meal packs also via BLIK. Deadline 06.01.2026.

Breakfast – 25 PLN: house-made hummus and spreads, vegetables, vegan cottage-style spread, house-baked bread. Coffee and tea.
Saturday lunch – 30 PLN: vegan mushroom ramen or plant beef stroganoff.
Sunday lunch – 30 PLN: vegan carbonara or vegan bigos with pumpkin and green lentils.

Hobby requirements

Minimum three colors (not counting primer/plastic). Models must be readable to the opponent, with clearly marked additional skills.

Clock

If either player requests a clock, the clock is mandatory. If you risk running late, start the clock early and split time evenly. End of round is final. Round timer on TV. Clocks not provided — we recommend the BB Coach Assistant app.
